Randy Ray has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. He has over forty-two years’ experience in the computer industry having designed, sold, and installed inexcess of $300,000,000 worth of computer hardware and software. Notable among owners of these major systems are the Red Lobster Inns of America, NASA (Space Shuttle Launch Processing System), DOT (National Wheel Rail Simulator System), Personal Blood Storage, and ICCA (Cancer Centers of America). Randy is listed in "International Who's Who," and has received awards as Florida Businessman of the Year in both 2003 and 2004.

Randy has been involved in the Network Marketing (MLM) industry for close to 2 decades. As co-owner of MarketQ, Inc., he has provided “turn-key” service and support solutions to the MLM industry with “state-of-the-art” back office software, “real-time” commission processing and reporting, and fully staffed “multi-lingual” customer service. His impressive track record as vendors to the MLM industry eventually led him to launch their 1st network marketing company in October 2005; and to date, Randy already owns three very successful network marketing companies (including GTC) all of which are generating millions in monthly revenue.

During his tenure in the MLM industry, Randy has persisted to create a unique business opportunity for thousands of distributors in countries all over the world. As a direct result of his efforts, his companies have experienced rapid growth on a global scale.
